Hi! My name is Taylor and I made this blog for people like me who are either trying to shed a couple pounds or need some words of encouragement.
I am at a healthy weight. I don't need to lose more than 10 pounds. My main focus is toning my body.
Losing weight or just improving your body overall is 80% what you eat and 20% working out.
HW: 155lbs
CW: 152 lbs
GW: Healthy, happy and satisfied with my body.
Height: 5 feet and 9 inches.
BMI: 22.9 = Normal weight.
